Chief
Bill
Welsh is the full time fire chief appointed 6/20/04. He started as a
volunteer with the fire department on 1/19/70. He has since moved
through the ranks and has been appointed fire chief. He retired
from the post office here in Ashville recently and now works full time
with the department.
Lieutenants

Lieutenants (Eric Edgington, Steve Humble & Chad Noggle) oversee
operations within the fire house each day and command fire runs and any
multiple apparatus run in the absence of the fire chief.
Essentially they are the shift supervisors.

Part Time Fire Fighters - Many are from the Ashville/Circleville area,
but there are a few from Franklin County.
Volunteers

Volunteers - Volunteers are members who are in school and want to
ride at the fire station to gain experience.
