3. Chester Gloyd requested everyone to keep an eye out at the park and report vandalism and improper behavior to the police department.
4. Gayle Blankenship requested that the policies and procedures for covering employee use of village property be available by the next Committee of the Whole.

3. Terry Moore stated that the police department only has 6 full time officers and that it takes a whole community to be their eyes and ears.  Please help the police department and report vandalism and improper behavior.
