RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
Chester Gloyd moved, seconded by Keith Moore, to hold the Second Reading of an ordinance TO AMEND THE PLANNING AND ZONING ORDINANCE BY ADDING A CHAPTER CALLED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF ASHVILLE. Following the reading, Chester Gloyd moved, seconded by Keith Moore, to accept the reading. All votes were yea.
MAYOR’S REPORT. . . Mayor Wise reminded all that there was still one council seat open and anyone interested should contact council members or drop off a resume at the main office. Wise stressed the importance of a full council and the need to move ahead with South Bloomfield on the CEDA.
CLERK FISCAL OFFICER REPORT: Clerk presented to council the Audit Report for 2003 and 2004. Barbara Hopper requested monthly statements be presented to all department heads, as well as, the mayor, village administrator and council.
COUNCIL MEMBER COMMENTS:
1. Keith Moore thanked members for the vote of confidence in choosing him as President Pro Tem
2. Gayle Blankenship thanked members for reappointing her to council and stated she was proud to be part of Ashville.
At 7:56 PM, Chester Gloyd moved, seconded by Keith Moore, to adjourn the meeting. All votes were yea.
All formal actions of the of VILLAGE OF ASHVILLE COUNCIL concerning and relating to the adoption of ordinances, resolutions and motions passed at this meeting were adopted in a meeting open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
